What does scratch & dent mean?
Brand-new products with minor cosmetic marks, like small scratches or dents, that allow you to get a deal way below regular retail! Often up to 80% off MSRP.
Are you open to the public?
Yes. Anyone can shop the warehouse at 10847 Bailey Rd, Cornelius, NC, Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We’re closed Sundays.
What brands do you carry?
Our inventory rotates constantly, but we regularly stock major brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Maytag, KitchenAid, Bosch and more. Because new truckloads arrive all the time, specific brands and models change daily.
Can I return an item?
All sales are final. Please inspect items before you buy. Our staff is happy to answer any questions.
Do you deliver?
Every item is available for in-store pickup. Local shipping is available through a third party: it’s coordinated directly between you and the carrier and quoted per order as a separate transaction outside of CLT Wholesale.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card, ACH, wire transfer and certified bank checks.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer inventory financing. Ask our team for details.
What areas do you serve?
Retail shoppers come to us from across greater Charlotte and Lake Norman. Wholesale buyers purchase from us nationwide.
How do I buy wholesale or truckloads?
Buy less than a truckload in our warehouse (15-piece appliance minimum or 1 pallet), or order full truckloads direct from our parent company, Registix, at pro.registix.com. Tax-exempt buying requires a resale certificate on file with a Pro account.
Can I bid on items online?
Yes. Online auctions start at $1 on the Registix marketplace (marketplace.registix.com). Items are picked up from our Cornelius, NC warehouse.
How do I know a deal is really from you?
We never ask for payment by Zelle, gift card, Cash App or PayPal, and we never contact you on WhatsApp. Wholesale invoices only come from pro.registix.com. If you’re unsure, use our Fraud Check or text a screenshot to (980) 507-5080.
